What usually arrives
The real test of a meeting room is not on its equipment schedule. It is whether a visiting director can walk in cold, press one thing, and be presenting ninety seconds later.
One press. Ninety seconds. Nobody from IT in the room.
That outcome comes from programming and commissioning, not from procurement. It is why our programmers hold current Crestron, AMX, Q-SYS and Dante certifications, and why the engineer who designs a system is the one who stands in the room and commissions it.
The second test arrives later: can your in-house team add a room, change a source or clear a fault without calling us? We document for that case, because a system nobody can maintain is a system that quietly stops being used.
Scope
What sits inside the contract
Sightlines, display sizing checked from the back row rather than from the drawing, acoustic treatment, and microphone coverage that holds up when everyone talks at once.
Crestron and AMX, written to be read by whoever inherits it. Interfaces are designed for the visitor who has never seen the room, not for the technician who built it.
Q-SYS and Dante networked audio, with gain structure and coverage set by measurement rather than by ear.
Lecture theatres, multipurpose halls and arenas, including assistive listening and the switching to reconfigure a hall between uses.
Command and monitoring walls, KVM and source routing built for continuous operation, where a restart is not an acceptable fix.
As-built drawings, signal schedules, commissioning records and operator training. You should not need us in order to use what we built.
